How do you request a sample? What information do I need to provide?
You can request samples through our website form, customer service email or contact our sales staff directly. It is recommended that you provide the following information so that we can sample accurately:
- Drawings (2D/3D) or photos of existing samples
- Description of cable structure (cable length, number of cores, connector type, jacket material)
- Operating environment (temperature, waterproof, oilproof, etc. requirements)
- Description of the application (e.g. connection to motherboards, sensors, device control, etc.)
We also support design and modeling assistance services for customers who do not yet have complete drawings.
Are samples free? What fees do I need to pay?
- Generalized samples (e.g. standard structures): some are available free of charge
- Customized samples (e.g. injection molds, special wires or branded connectors): material or process fees may apply.
- Samples can be fully or partially deducted (depending on the cooperation policy) from the official batch order.

Are your samples tested? Can they be used directly for equipment commissioning?
Yes, all factory samples are subjected to the following testing programs:
- Electrical conduction test
- Insulation/voltage withstand test (if requested by the customer)
- Appearance and dimension check
- PIN pin definition check
We can also perform full functional verification tests upon request, and the samples can be used directly for installation, testing or verification.
If the sample doesn't match, can I modify or re-sample it?
Can. We provide one free optimization sampling opportunity (under the premise that the design remains unchanged), and if major structural changes are required, additional sample costs will be assessed. Our engineers will analyze the reasons for non-conformity and assist you in optimizing the design to ensure that the final version meets the requirements.
How long is the sample development cycle? Can it be expedited?
- General sample lead time is 3~7 working days, depending on the complexity of the structure.
- If it involves mold development, special connector procurement, the cycle time is 7~15 days.
- We provide expedited service (need to confirm the capacity and material inventory)
