We stand for transparency and welcome you to visit our world-renowned factory. Here, we manufacture a full range of wire and cable products in-house.
In order to ensure our quality, we scrutinize our raw materials very closely.
We use an automatic wire cutting and stripping machine to cut the cable/wire to the length of the drawing. And we strip the insulation of the wire ends to prepare the crimp terminals.
Our factory uses fully automatic crimping machine to crimp the stripped cores to the terminals/pins. And check the crimp quality: tension, indentation, conductivity.
The cable segments are then lined up according to the assembly board. Inserting connectors, snapping in jackets, retaining clips, etc. Finally, soldering is performed.
Protect the outer layer of the wiring harness using duct tape, snakeskin netting, corrugated tubing, heat shrink tubing, etc. And label or code according to the marking system.
Full-featured conductivity testing using advanced testers to check for open circuits, short circuits, and misalignments. And perform tests for voltage, insulation, and contact resistance.
